If you would like to know more about strength training and join a small community of women all working towards a better and healthier future, joining the StrongMamma kettlebells class is a first step in the right direction. 

Nothing to be afraid of, suitable for everyone, adaptable to varying needs, and ultimately good fun. StrongMamma Belles is for any woman who wants to build strength upon good foundations and wants to improve their understanding of their body and see what they are really capable of. Kettlebell classes are small (no more than 8 people) and have a heavy emphasis on technique as well as a good workout. 

Attend a Kettlebell Induction to learn how to consider your pelvic floor and the rest of your deep core system while learning to master fundamental kettlebell movements.

Once you have completed the induction you are free to attend any StrongMamma Belles classes currently running on Monday nights at 7.45pm and Friday mornings at 9.30am.

We can talk through any issues arising. The class is designed to take a female inclusive approach to movement, so any YES answers aren’t necessarily a problem!
