Intro to Kettlebells is a female inclusive approach to learning how to consider your pelvic floor and the rest of your deep core system while learning to master fundamental kettlebell movements. Based on the 6 primal movement patterns (squat, lunge, push, pull, hinge and rotation- the movements you do all day, every day), we get you moving well, burning calories and building strength.

Kettlebells really are for all ages and abilities, and once you have completed the introduction, if you wish, you can attend StrongMamma Belles classes on Mondays at 7.45pm or Fridays at 9.30am.

EveryWoman pelvic floor & core restore course

Every Woman is a 6 or 12 week education and movement programme which focuses on reconnecting you to your pelvic floor and core, alongside key topics related to women's fitness and and overall wellness. It is of relevance to virtually all women and is designed to bring you back home to your body with your pelvic and core health at the centre of the programme. It is part of Holistic Core Restore ®️ which is a groundbreaking approach to women's health and wellbeing and takes place in small groups of 8 women.

The programme is split into two phases; for the first 6 weeks you will attend weekly classes and focus on reconnecting with your pelvic floor and mastering the exercises, as well as learning about women’s wellness issues such as nutrition, bowel health, hormone balance, etc; and for the second 6 weeks the programme will move online and will focus on helping you integrate core and pelvic floor exercise into your everyday life.

(The second phase is optional but comes highly recommended by the course's founder Jenny Burrell and myself). 

Phase 1 will run from Monday 16th September for 6 weeks, followed by Phase 2 for the following six weeks online.

It is aimed at:

* Any woman who is intrigued to know more about her pelvic floor, core and overall health.

* Those who experience the odd leak when jumping, running, sneezing or laughing.

* Women looking for a modern and effective way to strengthen her core.

* Those with a small tummy gap (diastasis)

* Women suffering from lower back pain

* Women who want a better looking belly but know it’s an inside out job so need to go deeper and work smarter than just doing ‘sit-ups’

* Women keen to to learn the importance of food for not only fat loss but nourishing deep health

* Those who have you seen a clinician about a low level Prolapse and been told to ‘do your Pelvic Floor exercises’ as part of your management strategy.

You will get:

* An initial 30 minute consultation to include a health assessment, postural assessment and tummy gap check - to assess where you are at and so the programme can be adapted to you.

* Six 60 minute sessions in Phase 1, and 6 weeks of online support and workouts in Phase 2. 

* Equipment for you to keep and Education Booklet

* Eternal access to the online platform for homework (all filmed) and nutritional information.

* Support between each session via phone / email with me to keep you on it!
